West Coast Wine Compliance is actively searching for a Wine Licensing Wizard to join our co-working team on a part time basis! Work from home. Occasional in-person meetings. West Coast Wine Compliance is located in Yountville.

DUTIES

This individual must have wine compliance experience, knows ShipCompliant, ABC, TTB, out of state licensing, sales and excise tax reporting, able to manage multiple tasks independently and also work as a team player. QUALIFICATIONS

Winery Licensing – obtaining new licenses and maintaining existing licenses

Winery Compliance

ShipCompliant

Analyze sales data in Exel and other formats

Sales and excise tax reporting

Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reporting

Corresponding with state (inlcuding out of state) agents

Random tasks related to wine industry compliance

Problem solving

Detail oriented

Able to communicate via email, text or telephone

Track data

Log licensing details

License renewals

ABC licensing

TTB permits

TTB label approvals

Label registrations – out of state
