What we will ask you to do:
•  Bring a genuine positive attitude and high energy 100% of the time.
•  Assist in promoting, planning, and servicing on and off premise events for the winery including trade, wine club, private/corporate educational events, consumer sales, corporate and internal company functions.
•  Respond to phone and email inquiries for general questions and securing reservations.
•  Manage private events calendar.
•  Conduct tours of the property and gardens with guests.
•  Educate guests on the history of the winery and wines.
•  Serve as or assign primary server responsible for set up, service staffing, clean up, break down, and all other service duties as required.
•  Serve as liaison between kitchen, service staff, and guests.


What you should bring to the table:
•  Minimum 3 years fine dining experience and special event execution in premium wine or hospitality industries.
•  Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, including creating spreadsheets of moderate complexity.
•  Exceptional written and verbal skills.
•  Strong time-management skills and ability to plan work and work a plan according to priorities.
•  Solid planning and organizational skills, along with creative problem solving and analytical skills.
